Registration Process

Payment Process:

  1. Contact our support for registration to the Director of PT. Korpora Trainindo Consultant, Anna Meilanny meilanny@korporaconsulting.com or phone number +6281317907001 mentioning your full name and email address.
  2. All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
  3. All payment will be in Rupiah (the official currency of Indonesia).
  4. Payment made in foreign currency will be subject to currency exchange rate.
  5. Full payment (early bird or regular/normal prices) must be made before the program begins or according to an installment plan agreement.
  6. Payment shall be remitted to BCA Pasar Mede Jakarta, Account Number 0713022974, Korpora Trainindo Consultant, PT.

Registration Modifications:

Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least five days before the course start date. Participants shall contact the Director of PT. Korpora Trainindo Consultant, Anna Meilanny to modify their registration  anna.meilanny@korporaconsulting.com. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available.

Refund Policy

Cancellation of a course must be made with written notification to the Director of PT. Korpora Trainindo Consultant, Anna Meilanny,  anna.meilanny@korporaconsulting.com, to be eligible for a refund.

  1. Booking fees or deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred along with any tuition paid to another acceptable participant or applied to a future class date without penalty.
  2. Cancellations made up to seven business days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of any tuition paid.
  3. Cancellations made six to five business days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 25% refund of any tuition paid.
  4. Cancellations made four business days prior to the course date until the course end date are non-refundable but can be applied to a future class date without penalty.

Refunds will be made within seven business days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.
