Module 2: Sales Coaching (15 + 3 hours)
This training module teaches you the ICF-based coaching competencies and their application in sales coaching so that you can use them for your sales team effectively.
Duration: 2 days of in-person classes + 2 days of online class using Zoom + 3 hours of online group mentor coaching using Zoom within one month.
Intended Participants:Â Leaders or managers who want to develop their team more effectively, as well as sales coaches who want to increase their ability to conduct sales coaching to their clients.
Pre-requisites: Having completed Module 1: Coaching Essentials for Leaders.

This training module teaches you the ICF-based coaching competencies and their application in business coaching so that you can use them for your team and your business effectively
Duration: 4 days of in-person classes + 2 days of online class using Zoom + 4 hours of online individual mentor coaching using Zoom within one month.
Intended Participants:Â Leaders, managers, or business owners who want to develop their team and their business more effectively, as well as business coaches who want to increase their ability to conduct business coaching to their clients.
Pre-requisites: Having completed Module 2: Sales Coaching.

Module 4: Reconnecting (7 hours)
This is the module that facilitates you in combining various ICF-based coaching competencies and business coaching in the previous three modules, so that you can apply them to your business coaching clients effectively and strategically.
Duration: 2 days of in-person classes
Intended Participants: Leaders, business owners, and business coaches who wish to perfect their skills in conducting business coaching to their clients, and wish to obtain the internationally recognized ICF-Level 1 certification as one of the requirements for obtaining the ICF-ACC credential.
Pre-requisites: Having completed Module 3: Business-performance Coaching.

- All registrations are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All payment will be in Rupiah (the official currency of Indonesia).
- Payment made in foreign currency will be subject to currency exchange rate.
- Full payment (early bird or regular/normal prices) must be made before the program begins or according to an installment plan agreement.

Registration Modifications:
Modifications to registration, including substitutions of participants or transfer of course dates, must be completed at least five days before the course start date. Participants shall contact the Director of PT. Korpora Trainindo Consultant, Anna Meilanny to modify their registration anna.meilanny@korporaconsulting.com. Course changes will be allowed as long as there are spots available.
Refund Policy
Cancellation of a course must be made with written notification to the Director of PT. Korpora Trainindo Consultant, Anna Meilanny, anna.meilanny@korporaconsulting.com, to be eligible for a refund.
- Booking fees or deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred along with any tuition paid to another acceptable participant or applied to a future class date without penalty.
- Cancellations made up to seven business days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of any tuition paid.
- Cancellations made six to five business days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 25% refund of any tuition paid.
- Cancellations made four business days prior to the course date until the course end date are non-refundable but can be applied to a future class date without penalty.
Refunds will be made within seven business days following receipt of cancellation or withdrawal requests.
